Booking and Occupancy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-209d9a5c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"209d9a5c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Casa Liguria is designed for a maximum of 4 guests.<br \/><br \/>The house may only be used by the guests listed in the booking.<br \/><br \/>Visits by additional persons are not permitted and require prior written approval from the host.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e0195cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6e0195cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Arrival and Departure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3930ec12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3930ec12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Arrival: Saturday from 3:00 pm<br \/>Departure: Saturday by 9:00 am at the latest<br \/><br \/>Access to the house is provided via self check-in according to the instructions sent in advance.<br \/><br \/>Late departures may result in additional costs if they interfere with the scheduled cleaning process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4874576d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4874576d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Use of the House<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30f2ea46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30f2ea46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Guests agree to treat the holiday home and all furnishings with care.<br \/>Upon arrival, the condition of the house and its equipment should be checked.<br \/>Any complaints or damages occurring during the stay must be reported immediately.<br \/>Guests are liable for any damages caused by negligence.<br \/>Moving furniture or making any alterations to the property is not permitted.<br \/>Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire house.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ecbe76a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ecbe76a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Waste Disposal and Condition at Departure<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47432464 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"47432464\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>All waste generated during the stay must be disposed of properly.<br \/>Upon departure, the holiday home must be left:<br \/><br \/>&#8211; broom-clean<br \/>&#8211; tidy<br \/>&#8211; in its original condition<br \/><br \/>All personal belongings and food items must be removed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4054ed14 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4054ed14\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69746e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69746e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip and must be made in writing.<br \/>The relevant date is the receipt of the cancellation notice.<br \/>Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation.<br \/>The following cancellation fees apply:<br \/><br \/>&#8211; up to 50 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price<br \/>&#8211; 49 to 30 days before arrival: 45%<br \/>&#8211; 29 to 15 days before arrival: 55%<br \/>&#8211; from 14 days before arrival: 90%<br \/><br \/>Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14d23b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"14d23b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.
