Rental Terms
Casa Liguria
These terms apply to all bookings of the holiday home Casa Liguria.
1. Booking and Occupancy
Casa Liguria is designed for a maximum of 4 guests.
The house may only be used by the guests listed in the booking.
Visits by additional persons are not permitted and require prior written approval from the host.
2. Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Saturday from 3:00 pm
Departure: Saturday by 9:00 am at the latest
Access to the house is provided via self check-in according to the instructions sent in advance.
Late departures may result in additional costs if they interfere with the scheduled cleaning process.
3. Use of the House
Guests agree to treat the holiday home and all furnishings with care.
Upon arrival, the condition of the house and its equipment should be checked.
Any complaints or damages occurring during the stay must be reported immediately.
Guests are liable for any damages caused by negligence.
Moving furniture or making any alterations to the property is not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire house.
4. Waste Disposal and Condition at Departure
All waste generated during the stay must be disposed of properly.
Upon departure, the holiday home must be left:
– broom-clean
– tidy
– in its original condition
All personal belongings and food items must be removed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the trip and must be made in writing.
The relevant date is the receipt of the cancellation notice.
Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation.
The following cancellation fees apply:
– up to 50 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price
– 49 to 30 days before arrival: 45%
– 29 to 15 days before arrival: 55%
– from 14 days before arrival: 90%
Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
6. Applicable Law
German substantive law applies, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
