On the first floor you will find the living and dining area, which offers you a cozy atmosphere with atmospheric fireplace, fine cuddly couch with flat screen, free Wi-Fi and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Here we have already prepared an initial supply of tea towels, washing-up liquid, sponge, cloths, bin liners, tea, salt and spices for you.
The daylight bathroom is new and equipped with a large shower, WC and washbasin, hairdryer, make-up mirror, towels, soap dispenser and first toilet paper.
In the two comfortably furnished bedrooms on the second floor, you can expect high-quality furnishings with a harmonious mix of natural and modern materials and a touch of Italian lifestyle. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and have floor-to-ceiling balcony windows with a view of the garden.
In the “intermediate room”, which connects the two rooms, there is a further, fully-fledged sleeping area.
